Who we are
JRM Slovakia, s.r.o. has been working in information technology since 1999. We implement and support the QI information system, a modular ERP developed by QI group, a.s. (Brno, Czech Republic). QI has been deployed in more than 1 500 companies in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
Our office is in Trnava, Slovakia, and we work with companies across Slovakia and the Czech Republic in Slovak, Czech and English.
What we do
- Process analysis – we map how your company actually works before touching any software.
- Implementation – we set QI up to match those processes and connect it to your banks, registries and other systems.
- Data migration – business partners, products, stock records and open documents are transferred from your current system.
- Customisation – QI Builder lets us add fields, documents, reports and whole agendas without breaking future upgrades.
- Training and support – user training on your own data, then ongoing service, legal updates and further development.
- E-invoicing – preparation for mandatory Slovak e-invoicing via the Peppol network from 1 January 2027.
The QI system in short
QI is a modular ERP with 31 modules grouped into six areas: company management, sales and CRM, manufacturing, services, finance and the QI platform itself. A company only licenses the modules it uses and can add more at any time.
