The QI information system is developed by QI group, a.s. JRM Slovakia, s.r.o. is its implementation and service partner: we run the process analysis, the rollout, data migration, training and ongoing support. Company management
HR and attendance
The module is aimed at company management, managers, HR specialists and payroll accountants. It covers personnel work: employee records, performance analysis and appraisal, and more.
Organisation and management
A module for senior management. It keeps the company's know-how in one place. It also plans work, runs meetings and assigns tasks. A particularly useful feature is that you can follow company capacity, projects and the current state of the budget through it.
Processes and workflow
Processes for posting received payments, running payroll, registering a new customer or employee, or organising training. They can also serve as a template for organisational and production procedures.
DMS
Document records and management. The module helps everyone: assistants, sales representatives and management. It makes writing internal directives simpler and clearer. It records the authors and dates of individual versions and changes.
Projects
The QI ERP system also includes a Projects module: an overview of all budget items and project tasks, and help in putting together a detailed schedule for the whole undertaking. It controls a multi-level budget, prevents operations from overlapping and optimises work.

Sales and CRM
CRM and marketing
A module for recording and managing information. It can run sales cases and processes. Data is easy to pull in from public registers (for example FinStat, VIES, the VAT payer register). Management gets a clear evaluation of sales cases and staff get help organising campaigns.
Sales and purchasing
The module handles the flow of documents on both the purchasing and the sales side. It makes the daily agenda easier for sales managers. You get an overview of how sales cases develop and how goods move. Team leaders can evaluate the work of their people and manage them better.
QI Shop
QI Shop gives sales managers an overview of online sales. The statistics can be linked to other transactions.
Point of sale
For small and large companies alike. If you sell goods or services through tills in physical shops, this is the right solution. It speeds up everything staff do in their daily routine, and management gets an overview of stock and of the current state of the tills.
Warehouses and WMS
Production staff get current information on the quantity and type of stored material, so free items can be used where they bring the most benefit. For warehouse managers and logistics staff the module makes stocktaking simpler and faster. Stock movements are easy to follow and current stock levels are always available. Warehouse staff find goods easily because QI records the exact location of each unit.

Manufacturing
Technical preparation and costing
Production engineers get an overview of every operation planned for a given product. You do not have to calculate standard times – the system does it. Designers easily build bills of material and link them to the matching technical procedures. You see operations per department and site, and current changes to products. Dispatchers can coordinate their teams.
Production planning and APS
For sales people, planners and production managers, and equally useful to production directors and buyers. You get an overview of when ordered products will be available and of which works orders to propose from received orders. You can prepare a capacity plan, build a material list, create a work schedule for the coming period and automate the creation of works orders.
Shop floor control
The module that lets you identify less profitable or loss-making operations and gives you the data to optimise the plant. An overview of every works order, which is how you coordinate your dispatchers. Online terminals or barcode readers can be used.
Tooling
For medium and large companies that provide their employees with tools of any kind. They get an overview of how a particular tool and whole groups of tools are used. Information on equipment life makes it easier to plan the purchase of new tools.
Quality
The module captures non-conformities anywhere in the sales and production process. It records quality parameters of manufactured products and lets you define prescribed inspections to secure the required quality. It is used mainly by quality controllers, warehouse staff, management and buyers.

Services
Service and maintenance
It records all serviced equipment, flags when maintenance is due, plans it, evaluates repair and maintenance costs, issues every related document – orders, invoices, stock documents – and manages technicians and service processes. For companies providing service and for organisations repairing other companies' assets.
QI Helpdesk
The module brings order to the work of staff who support customers. It collects and filters requests, records the discussion and evaluates the cost of handling requests, all within the QI Shop online store.
Property management
For managers of commercial premises, companies managing residential property, small and large housing cooperatives and developers. It records managed buildings, information about their equipment, owners and tenants, tracks the cost of each property, handles the repair fund and can send every document straight from QI.
Transport
For a company vehicle fleet and equally for large transport, logistics and forwarding companies. Drivers and dispatchers, accountants and management all use it. It records vehicles, plans routes and keeps operating logs. With this module you can prepare consignments for shipping.

Finance
Gives companies a consolidated view of cash flow. It covers every essential process in the finance department: accounting documents and electronic communication with banks. That saves accountants time. Particularly suited to finance officers and CFOs.
Payroll
A complete solution for automated payroll procedures, including transfer of data from the integrated attendance system and payroll tickets from production.
Assets
A module mainly for businesses, but also for non-profit organisations. It gives you an overview of company assets, so you can adjust the budget for buying equipment. It automates posting on asset cards, which makes accountants' work easier.
Accounting
For small, medium and large companies. It covers accounting records, a configurable chart of accounts, automatic matching of entries, allocation of overheads to accounting dimensions, auditing of records, closing procedures and output reports.
Business Intelligence

QI Platform
QI Builder
This module modifies and extends QI during live operation, without major cost or disruption, to match what the company needs. It is more sophisticated and faster than the development tools normally used for this.
System functions
Besides the core of the system itself, this module provides data exports and imports and convenient access to archived information. It handles access rights, so different permission levels can be assigned according to a person's position in the company. It also includes other language versions (English, German, Russian).
E-communication
Four tools in one. SMS sends text messages straight from the information system. E-mail sends bulk mail manually or automatically. Data boxes download incoming messages automatically and decide which entity receives them. ISDOC is a tool for electronic invoicing that transfers documents between QI and business partners' systems automatically and in real time.
QI Portal
The module links a user account to other important modules, so administration can be done straight from the system. The advantage is that you can create access for employees, business partners and anyone else you choose, each with their own permissions.
QI Mobile
The QI Mobile application. Important data from the QI ERP system is always in your smartphone or tablet. The module lets you make the most of your working time when you are away from the office and have no computer to hand. A phone is enough.
